Part 2: Villa Paz, Osmeña, and Talacogon. Nehemiah Baptist Church shares the Gospel, teaches children, and gives clothes and other items in Agusan.

AGUSAN MISSION 2026 continued the ministry of Nehemiah Baptist Church among churches in Agusan. In this second story, we remember the visits to Villa Paz and Osmeña in Lapaz, and to Talacogon. These visits were part of a mission that gave us opportunities to teach, share the Gospel, and offer practical help through clothes and other items.

Villa Paz, Lapaz
The church in Villa Paz, Lapaz is led by Pastor Alejandro.
Osmeña, Lapaz
The church in Osmeña, Lapaz is led by Pastor Don-don Sagubay.
Talacogon
The church in Talacogon is led by Pastor Elias Fransisco.
Teaching and Giving in Agusan
Teaching children was one of the ministries carried out during the mission. During our community visits, time with the children mattered: time for them to listen, learn, and discover God’s love. We pray that what they learned will help them continue growing in faith.
The team also gave clothes and other items. Sharing useful items was a simple way to express care for others. These gifts were part of the mission alongside Gospel sharing and teaching, reflecting a desire to serve people with both the message of Christ and practical care.

Join us in praying for Pastor Alejandro, Pastor Don-don Sagubay, and Pastor Elias Fransisco. Let us pray for the children, families, and congregations they serve. May the Lord sustain their work and help the teaching and Gospel message shared during the mission bear fruit in His time.
