AGUSAN MISSION 2026 — Part 1
Part 1: Sta. Teresa, Linatawan, and Sagunto. Nehemiah Baptist Church shares the Gospel, teaches children, and gives clothes and other items in Agusan.

Nehemiah Baptist Church visited churches across Agusan for AGUSAN MISSION 2026. Throughout this journey, we shared the Gospel, taught children, and gave clothes and other items as part of our ministry. This first story brings together three of the churches visited: Sta. Teresa in Loreto, Linatawan, and Sagunto.
The Churches We Visited
These churches were among those visited during the Agusan mission:
Sta. Teresa, Loreto
The church in Sta. Teresa, Loreto is led by Pastor Nico Gonzales.
Linatawan
The church in Linatawan is led by Pastor Angelo Gonzales.
Sagunto
The church in Sagunto is led by Pastor Alan Tantuan.
Sharing God’s Word with Love
Sharing the Gospel was at the heart of the mission. Through our soul-winning ministry, we sought to introduce people to Jesus and share the hope found in Him. We give thanks for the opportunity to bring His Word to people across Agusan.
Children were also part of this ministry. Teaching children gave us an opportunity to share God’s love in ways they could understand. Every lesson is an opportunity to point a young heart toward Christ.

Please pray for Pastor Nico Gonzales, Pastor Angelo Gonzales, Pastor Alan Tantuan, and the churches they serve. May the Lord continue to give them strength, wisdom, and faithfulness in ministry. Pray also that the Gospel shared during the mission will continue to be remembered and understood.
